1. Log in HCM environment and ensure DEPT_FULLSYNC integrated to ELM environment, LM_DEPT_FULLSYNC
2. From HCM environment, run the process Initiate for message DEPT_FULLSYNC, which integrates to the ELM environment
LM_DEPT_FULLSYNC
3. In ELM environment., the LM_DEPT_FULLSYNC header message, receives an error message.
