Symptoms

When attempting to Edit multiple Journal using General Ledger Workcenter, the following error occurs:

Process XXX ABENDED at Step GL_JEHDR.UpdHdr.JPrcsReq (PeopleCode) -- RC = 8 (108,524)

Steps:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to General Ledger WorkCenter
2. Select 2 journals
3. Select Edit Journal from Actions
4. Click Go
