Symptoms
If an employee has an existing classic or Fluid Life Event other than Marriage or Divorce in progress and accesses the Marital Status Fluid tile, a classic Life Event Activity Guide displays but there are no steps.
Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Employee navigates to Employee Self Service homepage > Personal Details tile.
2. Employee selects the Marital Status tile.
3. A Life Event Activity Guide displays but with no steps or other actions available.
