Symptoms
Users are looking at payable time summary via employee self service and seeing the label 'Reported' instead of 'Payable' total.
Steps to replicate the issue:
1. Employee has a reported and a payable time
2. When employee navigates to Time tile > Time Summary page, the total of payable time is not displayed.
