E-ES/KB: When Trying To Access Kibana From PeopleSoft Environment Error Message Is Reported, "{"message":"An internal server error occurred","statusCode":500,"error":"Internal Server Error"}" (Doc ID 3050796.1)

Symptoms

In PeopleTools version 8.60 version when attempting to access Kibana from PeopleSoft PIA "Reporting Tools -> Kibana" into the "kibana.log" located under "Kibana_Home>\logs\" and "ESCLUSTER.log" located under "<ES_HOME>\logs" files the following errors are reported:

The environment behavior was not reported when a single node is used.
