Symptoms
When user tries to hide the 'Contract Number Group Box' and 'Attachments Header Group Box' the fields are not Available in Page and Field Configurator.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Enterprise Components > Page And Field Configurator
2. Search for Component Name 'JOB_DATA_VW_FL'
