Symptoms
After applying the fix for Bug 36545259-POPULATE TOTAL STUDENT CONTRIBUTION FIELD FOR ISIRS LOADED PRIOR TO FAFSA SIMPLIFICATION UPDATE #4, the values for approximately 2670 records are incorrect.
It is expected that after applying the bug and running the accompanying script the data would be correct.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Apply the bug fix and run the script provided.
2. Compare the data once the script runs
