Symptoms
Links in the fluid delegation emails are taking the user to the EODL_LANDING (Manage Delegation) component instead of taking the user to the transaction approval directly.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Submit a delegation request as any user
2. Click on the link from the email as the proxy
3. User is taken to the landing page instead of to the direct transaction.
