Symptoms

Commitment Control Exceptions Search Query for Non-Oracle Database. 

When running build search index PTSF_GENFEED in MSS server for search definition EP_GL_KK_EXCEPTIONS_KIB Or GL_SRCH_I_KK_EXCEPTIONS, below error occurs:

"Error in running query because of SQL Error, Code=8602, Message=[Microsoft][ODBC Driver 17 for SQL Server][SQL Server]'SUBSTR' is not a recognized built-in function name." 

Replication Steps:

1. Navigate to PeopleTools / Search Framework / Administration / Schedule Search Index 

2. Build Search Instance for search definition EP_GL_KK_EXCEPTIONS_KIB Or GL_SRCH_I_KK_EXCEPTIONS
