E-DPK: Error While Applying PT-INFRA DPK due to Missing fuser for WebLogic CPU (Doc ID 3051306.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to apply July 2024 CPUs with PT-INFRA DPK (PT-INFRA-DPK-LNX-8.60-240723) to PT 8.60.13 environment, the following error is seen in the log, in the section for applying WebLogic patches.

Note. The log file for the deployment with the PT-INFRA DPK on an existing environment is named psft_dpk_setup_apply_infra_cpu.log, and is saved in DPK_INSTALL/setup
