Symptoms

Fluid Timesheet performance issue upon submit taking longer than expected after PUM 48.

Steps to Recreate:
1. Workgroup is setup for Reported Time Approval using biweekly time period.
2. Select an elapsed employee to enter more than 10 rows of timesheet entry per day, including different project/chartfield combinations as task elements.
3. Note: System takes a long time before pending approval status is shown on the page.
