HCM: Personal Detail Changes Not Saved When Admin Approves Multiple Requests for Different Changes. (Doc ID 3051551.1)

Symptoms

If admin approves multiple Personal Detail changes (different employees/different personal detail data) there are random occurrences where not all of the events are saved and the changes aren't displayed in the current employee detail record.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Administrator or other approver signs in system and accesses Approvals tile.
  2. Find Various Personal Details change requests (Marital Status, Name, Address, etc.)*
  3. Open and approve many events in one session.
  4. Review employee records and note not all changes have occurred.**

NOTE: Point 2: Changes can be in any combination, one change by many employees many changes by one employee, many changes by many employees.

NOTE: Point 3: The results are random: all changes may occur, the first change may occur and the rest do not, some changes may occur, no changes may occur.  There is no commonality or pattern to the results.
