COD Inbound for Federal Work Study Response is not Updating the Reject Status From the Student Awarding Block as Rejected (Doc ID 3051590.1)

When importing a response file from COD, the Response file was accepted, however, there was one (1) student record that was rejected. The response file loaded successfully but the response for the one rejected recorded loaded as accepted.

It is expected that if a student record is rejected the response should load as such on the Federal Work-Study page.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Student is included in a batch of records sent to COD.
2. The response file is loaded by navigating to Financial Aid -> File Management -> COD Full Participant -> Import FWS Response Data
3. Once the file is loaded navigate to Financial Aid -> File Management -> COD Full Participant -> Federal Work Study Data for the student with the rejected response.
4. Note that the Status is Accepted in the Award Information Section of the first tab.
5. Tab to the Federal Work Study Processing Actions tab and note for the last sequence, that the status shows as Accepted instead of Rejected.
