Symptoms

The Submitted Enrollment Statement for Supplemental Life is displaying costs per pay period over 26 instead of 24 periods.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in as an employee.
2. Select the Open Enrollment Tile.
3. Click the Submitted Enrollment Statement to see the Supplemental Costs displayed per pay period incorrectly.
