Symptoms

360-Degree View - Search HR Cases Pulls Different EMPLID with Same Name but Different Person

From 360 Degree View, when clicking 'Search HR Cases’ hyperlink, the page transfers to a different search page and pre-populates the search with a different EMPLID. This only happens when the 2 different EMPLIDs have the same Name but yet different a different person.

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:

  1. There are 2 employees with same name but different EMPLID
  2. Navigate to HRHD 360-Degree View
  3. Search a EMPLID then click ‘Search HR Cases’
    the page transfers to a new Search Page, but the EMPLID and Employee Name is pre-populated. The EMPLID has changed to the other EMPLID
