Symptoms
While trying to access the page TCSI Apps/Offers/Preferences, for a student who has posted/transaction due for posting (with profile value assigned) an SQL error occurrs:

During the execution of SQL, an error occurred in the Exec subroutine. The preceding message should have described the SQL being executed.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Navigate to Records and Enrollment > Enrollment Reporting >AUS Regulatory Reporting >TCSI Transaction Maintenance >TCSI Apps/Offers/Preferences.
- Find a student who has posted/transaction due for posting (with profile value assigned).
- Observe the error.
