Symptoms
The Waitlist Purge process (SRWLPURG.sqr) does not update the SCTN_CMBND_TBL, therefore the Combined Waitlist total is displayed incorrectly on the Combined Section table.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a waitlist for a class that is part of a combined section.
2. Run the Waitlist purge process.
3. View the Combined Section table.
