First and Last Names Are Not Editable in Supplement B in I9 Reverification Form (Doc ID 3051937.1)

When comparing the I-9 reverification form in PeopleSoft with the federal release version, a discrepancy is noted. In both the paper and PeopleSoft forms, the fields for First Name, Last Name, and Rehire Date are located in three different sections. However, while all three fields are editable in the paper form, they are set to display-only in the first section of PeopleSoft. These fields should be editable for data entry. The other two sections are correctly set as editable.

The issue could be reproduced with the following steps:

1. Go to Workforce Administration > Personal Information > Form I-9 > Complete/Reverify EE Form I-9.
2. Open a previously submitted I-9 form intended for reverification.
3. Fill out Section 2.
4. Section 3 (Supplement B) will become available. The fields for rehire date, last name, first name, and middle name will be displayed as read-only.
