Symptoms

Error occurred on Load Assets Request process after an override matching.

Steps:

1) Create and dispatch an asset-related PO with 10 qty
2) Source partial qty of 5 to a PO Receipt and serialize and assign tag and serial #s to the asset lines
3) Source the PO Receipt to a voucher and do an initial save
4) Check backend, there is 1 row per distrib line in PS_VCHR_DIST_ASSET
5) Exit the page and search for and enter into the voucher again
6) Delete one of the distrib lines in the middle
7) Adjust the amount totals etc. on the voucher and save again
8) Check backend, there are now multiple rows per distrib line in PS_VCHR_DIST_ASSET
9) Process the voucher until Voucher Post (if there are match exceptions they can be overridden)
10) Run the INTFAPAM process against the voucher
11) INTFAPAM process fails

Changes

 The issue was caused by incorrect PeopleCode line in Voucher distribution code.
PeopleCode (CompRecord) VCHR_EXPRESS(GBL).DISTRIB_LINE.SavePostChange
