Symptoms

When attempting to display the chart of the delivered Pivot Grid HR_PG_HC_CURRNT_MGR from a dashboard added to Homepage, the Y-Axis Label shows “Employee ID” instead of “Count”.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into demo environment with Operator ID (e.g. PS).
2. Click the three vertical dots on the Homepage, then Personalize Homepage.
3. Click the ‘Add Homepage’ button’.
4. Click “Choose from available homepages: My Homepage”.
5. Click “Add tile”.
6. Under Analytics, click Add next to “Current Headcount Profile”.
7. Click ‘Save’, which will then take you to the newly created homepage. Click on the “Current Headcount Profile” tile to access the Pivot Grid.

Note that the Y-axis label is “Employee ID” which is incorrectly displayed.

8. Navigate Reporting Tools > Pivot Grid > Pivot Grid Wizard.
9. Search by the delivered Pivot Grid name “HR_PG_HC_CURRNT_MGR” and click Search.
10. Click “Next” in the Wizard until you reach Step 4 of 5.
11. At the bottom of Step 4, expand “Chart Options”. Note that the Y-Axis Label reads “Count”, not “Employee ID”.
12. Click “Next” button again at the top of the page, taking you to Step 5 of the Wizard.

Note that in the rendered Pivot Grid the Y-Axis Label reads “Count”, not “Employee ID” as it does on the Homepage.
