Small Forms (Mobile) for Absence Pages have Misaligned and Overlapping Fields

Symptoms
Small forms for Absence pages have misaligned and overlapping fields
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Login as Employee, Navigate to Employee Self Service dashboard > Time > Manage Absences
Case 1: Choose an Absence Name then click on Apply Absence
Change layout to landscape
First field is on the same line as the page tabs.
ISSUE: Comments field is misaligned.
Case 2:Click on Manage Requests tab
Change layout to Portrait
ISSUE: Card view is not responsive.
It doesn’t adjust to a portrait mode.
Click on View all requests hyperlink.
Case 3:Click on the No option
Click on one of the requests.
ISSUE: Fields and its labels are misaligned.
Case 4:Change the layout to landscape
ISSUE: Fields and its labels are misaligned. Fields are overlapping.
Case 5:Navigate to Employee Self Service dashboard > Time > Cancel Absences
Click on one of the requests
ISSUE: Fields, header, and its field labels are misaligned.
Case 6:Change the layout to Landscape
ISSUE: Fields, header, and its field labels are misaligned. Fields are overlapping.
Case 7:Click on the Cancel Reason drop down list
ISSUE: Unable to click and change the Cancel Reason.
Unable to enter Comments as well.
Request History field is overlapping with the other Cancel details.
