GPESP: When Running Cret@ reporting (Request of draft) for Unpaid Interns With Multiple SSN_Employer (CCC) Only the Data for One CCC is Printed in the XML (Doc ID 3053635.1)

Last updated on OCTOBER 15, 2024

Applies to:

PeopleSoft Enterprise HCM Global Payroll Spain - Version 9.2 to 9.2 [Release 9]
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

When you run the Request of the draft selecting multiple SSN_EMPLOYERS in the Run control, and some of them had executed Cret@ reporting for other months.

This is the case that it is failing:

CCC1, Creta reporting run from January, February, March
CCC2, no Cret@ reporting is run yet (this is the CCC for interns)

Running the Request of the draft selecting the two CCCs in the run control-→ system produces the file only for CCC1

The Cret@ file should be created for CCC2 as well.

Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Hire an employee as of January 2024 and ensure:
Workforce Administration > Job Information > Job Data

Don't assign any compensation in the Job Data page
Assign contract type:000 (Update contracts ESP)
Assign contribution id: 993 (Update contracts ESP)
Assign him to establishment KE07 and the SSN_Employer: 31123456776(Job data > Work location page)

2. Run the January payroll (do not finalize it).
Global Payroll &Absence Mgmt > Absence and Payroll Processing > Calculate Absence and Payroll

3. Run Cret@ reporting (Request of draft) for the SSN_Employer: 31123456776, by selecting 1T (first quarter)
Global Payroll & Absence Mgmt > Social Security/Insurance > Print Cret@ Files ESP

4. Now enter AT/EP from 10-20 January and enter an override for BRD
Global Payroll &Absence Mgmt > Payee Data > Maintain Absence > Maintain Absence ESP.

5. Re-run January.
Global Payroll &Absence Mgmt > Absence and Payroll Processing > Calculate Absence and Payroll
Notice the system produces the file only for CCC1
