Employee Response to Questions After Question 1 on Benefit Certificate Will Not Save Causing Error: A valid response has not been provided for question (Doc ID 3053923.1)

Symptoms

Employees response to the 2nd or later question on a Benefits Certificate does not save, causing the following error when the employee selects the OK button:

ERROR

A valid response has not been provided for question

Steps to reproduce the issue:

     1. Employee navigates to Employee Self Service homepage > Benefit Details tile > Benefits Enrollment tile.
     2. Employee selects the HSA tile.
     3. The employee is offered the Benefits Certificate.
     4. The employee completes the Benefits Certificate by answering all questions.
     5. Employee attempts to save the Benefits Certificate.
     6. Error displays online.

Changes

Upgrade to PeopleTools 8.61.03.
