When adding a special request item description that has carriage returns get error:

Search Exception: Exception caught while applying ACL filters : Failed to parse content to map

Steps to Reproduce Issue:

1. Navigate: eProcurement > Create Requisition

2. Select Add Special Request

3. Enter item description text with several lines with carriage returns

4. Click Add to Cart
