Purpose
The application of October 2024 WebLogic CPU patch fails on existing PeopleSoft environments. It is because the latest 37024687;JDBC19.24 BUNDLE PATCH 14.1.1.0.240904 patch is conflicting with an already existing JDBC patch 32720458.
Reference New JDBC Updates for Oracle WebLogic Server / Oracle Fusion Middleware (Doc ID 3053441.1).
To avoid the issue you need to rollback patch 32720458 using the steps provided in the Details section.
Scope
 PeopleTools 8.59. This workaround is needed when using the PT-INFRA DPK to apply the October 2024 CPU on an existing PeopleTools 8.59 environment.
