Symptoms

After the Upgrade process, PTPORTALREGISTRY search index is failing to build, with error message below.

 

 

Its been confirmed that record PSPRSMHIDDEN exists in QUERY_TREE_PT search group;

Also, Query access list has been enabled and User has proper access to the record.

Security Tree QUERY_TREE_PT has the records PSPRSMHIDDEN, PT_PORTAL_MRU and PTS_RECENT_CONT, under the 'SEARCH' group as per KM doc,

E-ES: PTPORTALREGISTRY Fails To Build and Global Search Does Not Work (Doc ID 2953879.1)

There is NO SSL in the environment. This issue is ONLY with PTPORTALREGISTRY index. EP_AP_VENDOR index is crawled successfully, and Search Category Test page shows search results on this index.
