Population Update of INAS Institutional Extension (INAS_PROF_EXT) Leaves Option Set ID Blank Instead of Populating With the Value From Global Options (Doc ID 3054608.1)

Symptoms

When running Population Update to update the INAS_PROF_EXT table - to add an INAS Institutional Extension record for a student - the Option Set ID field is incorrectly left blank (not populated).

It's expected that Population Update should function the same as when manually entering the INAS Extension record and pull in the Option Set ID from the NA Global Options setup for the Aid Year.

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:

1. Navigate to Set Up SACR > System Administration > Utilities > Population Update > Population Update Setup > Population Update Setup, to set up a population update for INAS_PROF_EXT.
2. Navigate to Set Up SACR > System Administration > Utilities > Population Update > Population Update Process > Population Selection Update to run the process to update the table.
3. Navigate to Financial Aid > Institutional Application Data > Maintain Application for the Aid Year and one of the students updated in the previous step.
4. Click 'IM' link and note the Option Set ID is not populated.
