Symptoms
In PUM50 environment, all the hours that were previously approved change to needs approval after new time is inputted on timesheet.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Team Time tile > Enter Time (in Manager Self Service) or Time tile > Enter Time (in Self Service).
2. Employee has time that was previously approved.
3. Report new time for the same week.
4. When new time is submitted, all time on the time sheet reverted back to Needs Approval.
