Symptoms
While using Accessibility, on the Maintain Programs - Equivalent page (LM_PRG_EQUIV_PG), the tabbing order is incorrect.
Steps to replicate the issue:
1. Log in as a Learning Administrator with Enable Screen Reader Mode checked.
2. Navigate to Enterprise Learning > Catalog > Maintain Programs, Equivalents page
3. Notice the fields are not in the correct sequence.
For example, the current sequence is from Equivalents to Save until Delete, skipping to Return Search Page, skipping to the icons, then to Save until Delete again, skipping to Return Search Page, and skipping to the icons to (+)Add Equivalent.
