Symptoms

Electronic Signature Polling (CS_ECHOPOLL) procedure failed while changing recipient details in DocuSign application.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Configure DocuSign for eSignature.
2. Navigate : Supplier Contracts > Create Contracts and Documents .
Create Documents and send for signature.
3. Change Recipient details in DocuSign application.
4. Navigate : Supplier Contracts > Create Contracts and Documents > Electronic Signature Polling.
Enter Criteria.
Run CS_ECHOPOLL process.
Check the Log.
Issue : An error was detected in the log.

Method getEnvelopeAudits: ENVELOPE_DOES_NOT_EXIST - The envelope specified either does not exist or you have no rights to it.
