Applies to:
PeopleSoft Enterprise CS Student Financials - Version 9.2 and laterInformation in this document applies to any platform.
Symptoms
Global invoice is used to create invoices. Tuition calculated charges and waivers will appear on the initial invoice sent to the student. The invoice total is correct. When a student drops a class, resulting in the reduction of the tuition charge and the corresponding waiver, creating a credit invoice does not include the reduction of the waiver. Only the tuition charge reduction appears on the credit invoice, resulting in an incorrect total amount on the invoice.
