Symptoms

When trying to add a second notification to an AWE event, the PeopleCode error message below is received:

First operand of . is NULL, so cannot access member MENUNAME (180,236) EOAW_NTF_ULST.EOAW_NOTIF_NAME.Rowinit PCPC:1578 Statement: 28



Sample Environment:
PeopleTools: 8.60.03
Application : FSCM 9.2 PUM Image 50


The issue can be reproduced using the steps below:

1. Navigate to the Approval Process Setup page (Enterprise Components > Approvals > Approvals > Approval Process Setup).
2. Select the Process ID ‘Document’ and Definition ID ‘SHARE’ or use any Process ID.
3. Click the Correct History button.
4. Click the Definition Notifications link.
5. Enter Definition Notification information.
6. Error is displayed.
