Symptoms
After upgrading the PeopleTools release to 8.60, deleting or editing a Custom Fluid tile throws the below error,
DisplayType with ID="PASSTHRU" could not be found.
Correct the problem before continuing. If you continue to have trouble, contact your system administrator. The problem was detected by Pagelet Wizard.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- In PIA, navigate to NavBar -PeopleTools - Portal - Tile wizard.
- Create a new Tile.
- Set the data type to image.
- Choose any content reference.
- Publish the custom tile.
- In Tile List page, try to edit or delete the custom tile and the below error will be displayed.
