Fluid "Manage Time Reporter Data" Page - 'Commitment Accounting' Field Display Not Correct

Steps to replicate:
1. Login as Manager

2. Go to Time and Labor-> Enroll Time Reporter -> Manage Time Reporter Data

3. Search for Employee

4. Check 'Commitment Accounting' field is shown as dropdown instead of checkbox.
