Symptoms

The Search Page behavior for Student Service Indicators is inconsistent and produces an error.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Navigate to Campus Community > Service Indicator(Students) > Manage Service Indicators
  2. Enter a partial emplid and leave Academic Career blank
  3. Select a student and open the record
  4. Click Return to Search
  5. Enter a new partial emplid and remove Academic Career and search
  6. The error is returned
