EGL9.2: When Running FIN2001 Print Journal Entry Detail Report This Is Showing Wrong Activity Description

Symptoms
When Activity Id Chartfield and Descr are selected in Journal Entry Detail report run control page, the description for the Activity Id in the report is incorrect.
1. Navigate to General Ledger / Journals / Create New Journal
2. Fill in PC BU/Project/Activity
3. On the second line select Activity ID 100 with Description of Planning
4. Navigate to General Ledger > General Reports > Journal Entry Detail and
Run Print Journal Entry Detail report with following parameters
Issue: For Project Id ‘000000000000169’ , Activity Id ‘100’ – the description for Activity is incorrectly displayed as ‘Review Construction Plan’ in the report output (see below). Correct Descr should be ‘Planning’.
