GL9.2: Unable To Scroll On The Review Ledger Information / Ledger Inquiry Grid When Updateing The Description Or Short Description Of Account Chartfiled Value

Symptoms
There is no ability to scroll further down even if scrolling all the way to the right under below navigation:
1. Navigate to et Up Financials/Supply Chain / Define Chartfiled / Define Chartfiled Value of account 100002
2. Navigate to Menu > General Ledger > Review Financial Information > Review Ledger Information, Set the Following Criteria
3. Click Search
We can only see 9 rows even though there should be 12
No ability to scroll further down even if we scroll all the way to the right
