Symptoms
When cloning an imported environment into Peoplesoft Cloud Manager (CM), the clone process gets stuck at the Deployment Task --> Performing DB tier OCI Clone Activity.
The following error can be found in the environment's out.log file:
DEBUG psc_activity_executor.py 254 Status after running PscDBTierOciClone[1] : {'status': 'unknown', 'exit_code': '-1', 'status_message': 'NIL', 'data': {}, 'psft_activity_response': [{'status': 'success', 'exit_code': '0', 'status_message': 'Successfully completed', 'activity_name': 'PsftActivityCloudFolderSync', 'id': '0', 'activity_description': 'Cloud Folder Sync Activity', 'data': {}, 'action_status': {}}, {'status': 'failure', 'exit_code': '1', 'status_message': 'Got exception while executing SQL script.', 'activity_name': 'PscDBTierOciClone', 'id': '1', 'activity_description': 'Performing DB tier OCI Clone Activity', 'data': {}, 'action_status': {}}]}
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Import an environment in Cloud Manager.
Navigation: Environments tile > Click on 'Import' button.
2. Once the import is successful, perform the clone.
Navigation: Environments tile > Open the Environment detail > Click on Related Actions menu and choose: Clone.
