Fluid Requisition Schedule Lines Duplicate When Clicking Done After Entering Multiple Schedules to The Same Requisition (Doc ID 3056169.1)

Symptoms

When creating a fluid requisition with three of four schedules then saving the page by pressing on the done button, notice that there is an additional schedule line added to the requisition.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigate to : eProcurement > Create Requisition and create a new fluid requisition.
2. Add a special request item and press on Add to cart.
3. Press on Check out button.
4. Now press on the Schedule details button.
5. Add three schedules.
6. Add quantity to all the new three schedules then press on Done.
7. Application will generate a message : "Quantity or amount is required"
8. Press OK to the message and notice that there is a new schedule added to the page.
