E-PIA: Configurable Search Result Count Showing Differently Between Base and Non Base Language in Microsoft SQL Server (Doc ID 3056228.1)

Symptoms

Configurable Search Results count are showing different in Base and Non-Base languages on Microsoft SQL Server Database.

This issue can be replicated using following steps:

For testing purpose, Campus Solutions Application is taken.

  1. Login to PIA using ENG language (Base Language)
  2. Navigate to Main Menu -> Curicullum Management -> Schedule of Classes -> Update Sections of a Class
  3. Set the term as 0900 or 4244 or 0800 etc...
  4. Observe the number of results on the Grid.
  5. Repeat the same steps by logging using Canadian French language.

Result : The Grid result count varies between Base Language and Non Base Language
