Slow performance when adding vendors to a Strategic Sourcing event invitation. Sometimes performance is so bad users are timed out of the system. We try to utilize criteria to split up the search since it takes so long, but sometimes even then, it still results in over 500 contacts and results in very slow performance (10 minutes or more to finally add them to the invitation).


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a Strategic Sourcing Event
2. Click Bidder Invitation
3. Search for Bidders
4. Make sure Results Option is ‘Display All Contacts’
5. Use any criteria that will bring back over 100 contacts
6. Click the Select All link
7. Click the Return to Invite Bidders button
8. System spins and spins.
