Grid properties in Download tab Message box is not able to edit

Replication steps with an Example:

1. Open the application designer and access the page - Page PTS_NUI_GR_RSLTSBP. [Page given is one of the example)

2. Go to grid properties.

3. Navigate to label tab and click on Properties.

4. Go to download tab and uncheck Invisible checkbox.

5. Notice that Message box is not able edit. However same was enabled in PT 8.58.
