AM: Accumulators Are Not Displayed Correctly On Manage Absences And Absence Balances Tile on the Employee Self Service (ESS). (Doc ID 3056489.1)

Symptoms

When logging in as an employee on Employee Self Service (ESS) and submitting an absence from the Manage Absences tile, it has been observed that accumulators are not displayed correctly.
When clicking on the View Eligibility Details page, the secondary page that opens (HGA_SS_SS_FCSTRSL_SCF) does not correctly display the details configured on the Configure Absence Forecasting page. In this scenario, there are different effective dates and accumulators yearly.

Steps to replicate the issue:

1. Login as an employee on the Employee Self Service (ESS) page and apply an absence from the Manage Absences tile.
2. Navigate to Set Up HCM > Product Related > Global Payroll & Absence Mgmt > Absence Management > Configure Absence Forecasting > Forecasting and configure the Forecasting Results Element List.
3. When clicking the View Eligibility Details page, the secondary page that opens up (HGA_SS_FCSTRSL_SCF) doesn't show the details correctly as configured on the Configure Absence Forecasting page.
4. Notice different effective dates and accumulators yearly.
