GPCHE: Swissdec-5 LAW-CDS Date Limitation Does Not Work Correctly if an Employee have a Segment End Date that Does Not Match With the 'Current Pay End Date' (Doc ID 3056521.1)

Symptoms

Swissdec-5 : LAW-CDS date limitation does not work correctly.

If an Employee have a segment end date that does not match with the 'Current Pay End date' the LAW-CDS date limitation does not work correctly and the Employee is missing from the Swissdec-5 LAW-CDS report.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Global Payroll & Absence Mgmt > Absence and Payroll Processing > Calculate Absence and Payroll
    Calculate the payroll for November 2021 and finalize, calculate the payroll for December 2021 with Company KW5
2. Navigate to Menu > Global Payroll & Absence Mgmt > Authority Correspondence > Year End XML CHE
    Create a new run control for Year End XML CHE report LAW-CDS
    Change 'Current Pay End Date' to 31.12.2021.
3. Run the process, then go to the Process Monitor and wait the process 'GPCHELM5' to be finished with Success
    Go back to the 'Year End Process CHE' (see step 2)
    Go to 'Process Files' and click 'Validate File'. The message should confirm the good validation
    Click 'Save', then 'ELM Request', then 'View Files' and verify the contents of the report.
