Symptoms
When attempting to define a Database in Change Assistant, the below error is seen -
Fail to test Access ID/Password: Database connection error.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Install the Change Assistant.
2. Choose Define Database.
3. Provide the details and click next and see the error.
