Symptoms

When trying to apply CS 9.2 PUM 31 the following Unique Constraint error occurs during Run Data Conversion AE - DCEO35408397 steps from Change Assistant.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Apply PUM Image
2. Run Data Conversion AE - DCEO35408397

Changes

 Upgrade to CS 9.2 PUM 31.
