Symptoms


When accessing the application on mobile, the Punchouts menu is not displayed on the requisition page.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Use mobile to access the application
2. Navigate : eProcurement > Create Requisition
Issue : Punchouts menu is not displayed
