Symptoms
Search results for Assets on change/delete pending transactions are limited To userId.
Replication Steps:
1) Login with userid VP1.
2) Navigate to Asset Management > Asset Transactions > Financial Transactions > Change/Delete Pending Trans.
3) Search for AMBU1.
4) See one result.
5) Login with another user id VP2.
6) Navigate to Asset Management > Asset Transactions > Financial Transactions > Change/Delete Pending Trans.
7) Search for AMBU1.
8) See no result.
