E-CRM: Pivot Grids Crash and Show Translation Issues With Non-English Language

Symptoms
Pivot grids crash and/or are not showing translated Values when logged in with non-English language. Affected pivot grids are:
- RC_AGT_ARRIVAL_CLOSURE
- RC_AGENT_CASE_AGE
- RC_AGENT_CASE_BACKLOG
- RC_MANAGER_ARVL_CLSR_TILE
- RC_MANAGER_CASE_BACKLOG_TILE
- RC_MANAGER_CASE_AGE
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Main menu > Reporting Tools > Pivot grid viewer
2. Search and run pivot grid “RC_AGENT_CASE_BACKLOG” in Fluid Mode
3. Enter a Business Unit in prompt to show the report with the filters on the left. Note that many values in the page are still in English language.
4. Select the filter for the highest date range, such as "21-9999" or "1000-9999"
5. Pivot grid will crash.
