Symptoms
After applying some HR patches, the fluid Employee Self Service Address page is blank.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. User navigates to ESS fluid home > Personal Details tile
2. Addresses page is blank - it only has the header title of 'Addresses'
